The programs, throughout the year, usually comprises of working and professional management skills training. In addition, GIC developed a special training program for project human resources and domestic partnership programs

A majority of GIC’s managers are developed from within the company. Candidate information is gathered from many different sources: the recommendation of company employees, posting in newspapers, viewing resumes on recruitment networks
– Selected candidates will go through a probationary period of 1-2 months
– The direct supervisor will be the mentor to guide the staff in this period.
When your Love runs out at GIC:
All members of the GIC family love each other like a family, but all activities at GIC are like those of a football team. Imagine a team that cannot play because of underperformed or enthusiastic players; they no longer have a desire to win (whatever the reason, including the reason for dissatisfaction with the trainers). There are talented players, who have made many contributions to the team, but what if one day, their love for the team is discouraged, or playing is no longer a joy to them?. The trainer don’t know what to do other than say goodbye, of course, after making efforts to learn, motivate, persuade, and create conditions for the player to dedicate himself?
Talent or credit is one thing, but the love for work and company is another. When love is dead (no matter who it is), breaking up is the right thing to do (we did anything for heal but without result)
On your side, if you have run out of enthusiasm, no longer loved your job or no longer loved GIC, the best thing for you to do is leave. As for the Board of Directors, although you are a talented employee who has made many contributions, but for some reason, if there is no more love for the job and GIC in you, the management board will decide to let both sides be at ease. With that mindset, when we break up, you should behave professionally,please do not say harsh words or mock the company and if possible, always be on good terms with the GIC family.
